Practicing Gratitude

Research finds that our happiness ‘set-point’ is remarkably difficult to move over the long-term. Psychological research, though, has recently begun to explore one simple method for boosting happiness that does have a measurable and sustained effect.

These posts explore the evidence that gratitude can increase happiness. Evidence suggests that simple exercises taking as little as 2 minutes per day can help move that set-point upwards.
