I often tell people that they should practice gratitude and it does indeed work and I&#039;ve used it to. 		<description>For four consequtive days I&#039;ve been taking about 15-20 minutes before I go to sleep to reflect on these three things, relating them to my day. It is definatly something I recommend you all to try!
