		<description>help please - how do I respond to a fellow director (also has a PR company) who replies in bright red and blue capitals and swears - we are just trying to run a company legally - and get the money she owes. eg &quot;Can we have access to the bank account please&quot; - response &quot;WHY - WHAT DO YOU WANT TO KNOW?&quot; (usually spelt badly as from an ipod !!! in bright red !</description>

The only difference between mail and email is &quot;e&quot; and people usually take great care over their traditionally written correspondence - some even get quite nervous and would never dream of peppering a letter with abbreviations and emoticons.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Btw, this is an excellent blog :-)</description>
