		<description>Good call Dr G. - the authors discuss stereotype threat as a possible explanation for their findings. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;They argue, however, that stereotype threat doesn&#039;t explain why women perform worse in the masculine goal condition. Presumably, they say, women don&#039;t worry about confirming a negative stereotype.</description>
