My boss is also black and so are the rest of my divison. I am the only odd one standing out as I am white. My boss is friendly and considerate to all other workers except me (his PA). I work my butt off, have a "job description" as long as my fore arm whilst the rest come and go as they please and practically get away with murder. He always finds something to critisize me about and he always tells me even over the simplest human mistake like spelling a word wrong, that he will give me a warning and fire me.
